About The Position :

- As a Learning Scientist & Content Lead, you are expected to do through QA of all content, research, think and work with the team to create innovative assessment modules based on leading learning pedagogies such as Blooms Taxonomy. You should also possess a sound knowledge of other philosophies such as Multiple Intelligences, Vygotsky, Piaget and the works of Noam Chomsky.

- Other than creating questions you will be responsible for ideating innovative and simpler ways of introducing key concepts to young learners. Also develop story boards for Videos, Games and 3D content that help in understanding the concepts faster and better. Reviewing, editing and organizing questions as well as creating the distractors rationale structure.

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Streamline content development processes and related technologies.

- Setup and maintain processes for vendor management and quality management.

- Setup successful hybrid outsourced and in-house model for content development.

- Plan and execute content development for multiple education boards across different Indian states.

- Standardize learning outcomes across all school subjects and create a linked assessment-evaluation system.

- Support pre-sales activities and the Customer Satisfaction and Marketing teams.

Monitor, Regulate & Execute Key Areas such as:

Item Writing :

- Lead a team to develop original questions for K-12.

- Implementing proper processes and quality checks

- Review and edit questions along with their distractor logic.

- Ensure the overall flow is aligned as per prescribed flow.

Visualization :

- Develop and document ideas for games, videos and 3D content

- Innovative ideas to introduce key concepts

- Creating & Reviewing the Story Boards by checking the content of Syllabus, technical and content accuracy with respect to Subject and the steps followed in an explanation.

- Validating the Story Boards (SB) by checking if review comments are fixed in the Final SB

- Supporting the graphics team with appropriate figures, images, explanation to create Story Boards.

- Reviewing and validating production lines

Qualification and Experience : M.Ed, B.Ed, B.Sc, M.Sc, P.hd, B.A., Statistics or Commerce background

Competency :

- Prior Teaching Experience in a school is preferable

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Quick Thinker, Innovator and Creative Mind

- An avid reader

- Ability to create Inter-Disciplinary Questions is a big plus

- Knowledge of leading learning Pedagogies - such as Blooms

- Knowledge Modern Assessment Theory

- Knowledge of best assessment practices

- Knowledge IRT & CTT is a strong plus

- Well versed with National & International Curriculum such as CBSE, ICSE, CBSE - I, IB and other boards
