We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with experience working in a SaaS environment to lead our sales efforts globally. This role is for someone who has a knack for sales and is interested in working in the field of conversational AI. Day-to-day Activities : - Handle inbound prospect communications and convert them into qualified leads. - Give online product demos to customers and present Kommunicate as the right solution highlighting the relevant product capabilities. - Outbound Sales - Conduct thorough secondary research to identify target accounts and respective contact details and reach out via different channels to convert them into qualified leads - Work with our global Partners to generate more opportunities. - Follow up promptly by Emails, Phone/Skype calls and adhere to a Sales Process - Contract closures - Effectively manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate data in CRM, customer support, and other internal software - Provide feedback to the Product / Engineering / Customer support teams/Customer Success team.
