Job purpose: To achieve all types of production targets , focus on all plant activities, automation and cost reduction initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities:

- Ensure overall hygiene and upkeep of factory for its smooth functioning

- Drive the planning and achievement of monthly and quarterly production target through day to day monitoring of production against the plans

- Ensuring effective control of overall inventory levels, monitoring day to day dispatches and FIFO adherence for Raw materials, packaging in materials and finished goods.

- Monitoring stock levels , production levels, targets and submitting status reports and variance reports to Head Office / Top Management

- Implementing and Analyzing VAVE (Value addition and Value Engineering) list with cost saving analysis along with KAIZEN initiatives.

- Execution of special orders and Export orders

- Prepare and plan for new machine purchases with ROI and cost saving analysis.

- Ensure the factory overheads are within the budgets, monitor the same and take necessary steps to control factory overheads.

- Implementing SOPs for existing processes, commissioning operations / SOPs for new product developments and technologies

- Ensuring overall management of quality through ISO systems.

- Co-ordinate with Head office for the development new suppliers

- Maintain a conducive environment with factory workers for smooth functioning of the factory.

- Monitor on ageing reports

Qualifications: B. Tech / B. E - (Chemical) , MBA - Operations
