Kokoroko Media - Manager - Marketing

We are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER for Kokoroko Media Pvt Ltd. Media & Entertainment Technology Startup with 3-5 years of experience in marketing. He/she would be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy.

Job Description :

- Set marketing goals and objectives

- Plan, implement, and manage different marketing strategies, digital, social, traditional.

- Contribute to the overall growth of the company

- Review and manage content marketing strategy

- Determine KPIs( Key Performance Indicators) for the marketing department

- Keep the marketing budget in check

- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports

- Work with sales and development and customer success teams

- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

- Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements

- Stay up to date with the latest technology & best practices in marketing

- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns

Key Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing

- Being customer-centric

- Hands-on experience designing, branding and content strategies with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, etc.

- Expert in Sales, Corporate Communication& Business Development and digital & traditional marketing.

- Prepare flexible Marketing Strategy

- Should be able to handle, Public Relations, Brand Management, Customer acquisition and All Marketing Operations

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skills
