RESPONSIBILITIES : Job Role : - The HR Manager - Supply Chain provides HR leadership and support for McCormick's Supply Chain func-tion in India, including our Manufacturing Plant and Distribution Centre. Reporting the HR Director - McCormick Kohinoor and partnering closely with Supply Chain leaders this role will be responsible for operationalizing the people strategy to help build and sustain a high-performance Supply Chain organization through the implementation of innovative and practical HR solutions. - You will be responsible for the development and deployment of initiates aimed at for increasing em-ployee engagement and productivity and build a collaborative and harmonious industrial relations envi-ronment to support the accomplishments of Business Objectives. Job Description : - 20%-Employee Relations : Provide support to manager in the interpretation of company policies, procedures, and programs consistent with McCormick's philosophy and core values. Maintains knowledge and understanding of labor and/ or state laws and regulations related to Labour and Human Resources. Responsible to maintain a cordial Industrial and Employee Relations - 20%-Talent Acquisition : Coordinate and administer the recruitment process through the advertising, interviewing and selection of candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. Ensure 100% adherence to the onboarding and hiring pro-cess and guidelines - 10%-HR Systems and Processes : Ensure Employees and Managers receive adequate training and coaching on HR activities and processes. Eg. Goal Setting and Performance Reviews, Talent and Succession Planning and Compensation Review processes etc. En-sure the effective utilization of SAP/ SuccessFactors/Payroll systems across India Supply Chain Organisation. - 20%-Training & Development : Coordinate Training and Development activities for India Supply Chain employees, ensuring accurate record keeping of training completion. Training may include Safety Training, Corporate Compliance Training (Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Training), Leadership Development and other Professional Develop-ment activities. Responsible to measure training effectiveness - 15%-Values, Culture, Engagement : Work with Supply Chain leadership to implement ef-fective employee engagement strategies including team events, employee recognition and Awards, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and other activities and events. Admin-ister and coordinate the implementation of Engagement Surveys and partner with the business to ensure to address gaps/ opportunities - 10% - Projects Leadership of or involvement in Local, Regional or Global HR Projects as required - 5%- Other responsibilities include, and Environment Management, Manpower/ Staffing Strategy, Factory HR Budget, and Administration Management Attitude parameter : - Team spirit, perseverance, persistence, discipline, flexible, integrity, problem-solving, proac-tive, learning, patience, commitment, energy, Innovative, challenging, calculated risk-taking, result-oriented.
