Thus, in totality spread production facilities from 50 locations based in 24 countries.  RESPONSIBILITIES  - Maintain ROMG data base of correct assortment, promotion planning and activations and monitor them as per aligned frequency  - Sales Forecasting & Planning.Liasing with internal Supply Chain Team .  - Prepare Weekly Market Intelligence report for MT viz. Benchmarking,Competitor Analysis& highlight corrective actions.  - Marketing budget custodian for the location handled.Timely build up of Marketing calendar and review spends for the region.  - Working with Trade Marketing/Activation Team for execution of all visibility programs  - Project Manager Modern Trade and Ecom - Manage all new launches in the channel, work closely with the NPD and RKAM for listing and other requirements for timely placement and offtake of the new product  - Data Analytics - Work closely with marketing team for consumer trends/Behaviors/research/Neilson reports, get a clear understanding of trends and actionable thereof  - Cost Analysis. Work closely with Head of organized retail on Promoter/Merchandiser cost, supply chain cost, Visibility, TOT cost and overall gross earnings from the business  Principal Accountabilities:  - ROMG Data Base (KAM Templates,Assortment Master,TOT,Marketing Calendar)  - Sales Forecasting and Planning  - Manage all new launches in MT/Ecommerce and working with NPD Team for listing  - Data Analytics and Circulation of Key Accounts Deck  - Cost Analysis  - Visibility Program Execution Monitoring  - Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate / alter our direction strategy  - Planning and coordinating Targets along with the team  - Coordination with Supply Chain and Commercial teams  Qualification & Experience  - 4-8 Years in Sound experience in Sales and Retail Chain Management and understanding of operating business environment.  Preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
