Job Description:
1. Gain complete knowledge about all product categories.
2. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to team.
3. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
4. Monitor stock levels and plan sale as per the stocks.
5. Ensure se of all End of life (EOL) products.
6. Inspect the areas in the store at least twice daily and resolve any issues.
7. Plan and oversee in-store product displays, ensure it is in sync with the visual merchandise plan.
8. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
9. Analyse sales and revenue reports; make forecast to ensure turnover/ profit growth of the store.
10. Deal with complaints from customers to give them a joyful shopping experience with the brand.
11. Understand customer requirements as per needs and close the deals.
12. Make sure the team is following up with customers to finalize the purchase of the product and support them with post sales services.
13. Work on building a good customer relationship with each walk-in customer.
Requirements/ Key Skills:
1. Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
2. Knowledge of retail management best practices.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Excellent organizing and leadership skills
