- Strong understanding and hands on expsoure of the MSE / Business Loan / Mortgage loan.
- Create a credit scoring model.
- Manage customer credit file.
- Monitor the credit granting and updating process.
- Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to have geography specific assessment model.
- Be conversant with the role played by technology in evaluating credit and help the tech team to develop a Technology based Lending Platform based on various parameters required for the same.
- Ability to analyze Balance Sheet and Financial Statements and prepare the credit proposal in line with the credit scoring model.
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of credit and operations professionals.
- Effectively engage with Sales teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across location.
- Maintain TAT's aligned with best practices in the industry.
- Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market.
- An understanding from Sales personnel prospective will help in maintaining a quality portfolio
- Personally manage and monitor the major customer credit applications.
- Personally be in touch with the major customers to establish relations.
- Monitor periodic credit reviews.
