Kofluence - Business Development Head - Brand (10-15 yrs)
Business Development :
- Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development, marketing and communication, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity in close collaboration with the CEO.
- Align the strategy with that of the organization, seeking to maximize effectiveness through collaboration.
- Able to build brand building strategies. Identification and segregation of market segments.
- Creative Ideation mapping brand's business goals to digital marketing goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Digital Activation / Social Media Market and Trends Enthusiastic, Motivated, Self Driven, Assertive, Persuasive, Go Getter
- Demand Estimation and Market Research Consumer as well as Marketing.
- Establish and maintain brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive adoption rates for the brand
- Develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diversified teams to create & manage integrated marketing strategies
- The person will be responsible for organic growth campaigns as well as long-term strategic initiatives
Generic Skills & Knowledge :
- We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 10-15 years experience in Marketing, that Includes Brand Management and Digital Marketing
- The person should be able to conceptualize solutions for the different segment needs that Exist in the market
- It's mandatory to have good analytical skills
- The person should be a self-starter and have displayed a high level of initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS office and dealing with communication agencies
- Proficiency in Digital & social media will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis & market research tools is an added advantage
