Job Description:
- Experience in managing multiple IT Projects.
- Documenting and analysing the required information and data.
- Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external teams to deliver functional requirements, like very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customers' needs, so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
- Acting as the link between the customer, development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
- Day-to-day management of change requests in relation to the project, manages transition plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Should have worked in the service industry.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Willing to travel to client locations for requirement gathering, UAT, etc.
- Should have knowledge about an issue tracking system like JIRA.
- Should have knowledge of wire-framing and be good with the graphical representation of the requirement.
