You would be incharge of the following activites: Team You will lead a lean but young & motivated team of marketers with an average age of 24. These will comprise of content writers, marketers, designers and a few freelancers too. Marketing strategy - Define the overall marketing strategy to get maximum brand awareness and recall within CXOs in mid to large enterprises. On the consumer side, lead the complete digital & offline activities of the smart home brand resulting in end sales. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support go-to-market activities, including pricing strategy, competitive value propositions, media channels, influencers etc. Content Marketing - Lead our content marketing initiatives. - Manage a team of content writers who are responsible for online content, blog, website. - Draft and coordinate the design of whitepapers, pitch decks, video scripts and more. - Create brochures, marketing collateral, booth designs and other content relevant for events. - Produce creative video content which would help to create brand awareness & end leads too. PR - Strategizing and implementing event participation at relevant conferences and events. - Identifying & pitching for awards that we should apply for and managing our awards calendar. - Create and manage our influencer & affiliate programs. Digital Marketing - Strategize and execute targeted digital Marketing campaigns - SEM, Social etc. - Manage and Optimize digital marketing budgets to deliver positive ROI. - Drive demand generation - inbound and outbound lead gen campaigns - through a mix of digital marketing and inside sales. Branding - Defining the brand strategy, brand guidelines and positioning for specific markets / countries. - Implementing brand guidelines and decisions across all communication. - Strategy and execution for our participation and sponsorship of events globally. - Design of booth, brochures, content and other assets around the brand. - Working with the analyst & research community (Gartner, Forrester) and positioning us as a leader in the respective spaces. - Engage with resellers and channel partners, execute co-marketing campaigns & alliances. You may apply for this role if. - You have 7-12 years of experience in managing the marketing function for a tech company, preferably in B2B SAAS space. - You are a Bachelors or an MBA from a Tier-1 institute like IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/FMS. - You have strategized and delivered on creative marketing and branding campaigns within the Enterprise space. - You have led PR, Events, Branding and Content Marketing activities. - You have conceptualized, managed, analyzed and optimized extensive digital marketing campaigns to deliver leads / signups with a positive ROI. - You have led participation in multiple conferences and events & generated business for the organization. - You have a flair for ideating and building creative content yourself. - You know how to get the most out of every rupee spent & know how to work with lesser resources available at your disposal. - You are very creative wrt Product Marketing strategy for B2B as well as B2C products. - You have immaculate written and oral communication skills, excellent business acumen, and a penchant for marketing internet products. - You are very hands on yourself & travelling is not a constraint for you.
