Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA Job Description: - Responsible for handling training &amp; Quality for Amritsar location - Responsible for managing internal as well as external quality audits. - Responsible for metrics collection, analysis and consolidation across unit. - Identifying root cause analysis of quality shortfalls &amp; develop training plans based on areas for improvement identified by call monitoring. - Managing a team of Trainers &amp; Quality and ensure their delivery as per KPI's. - Responsible for Client Relationship Management. - To prepare and present reviews. Desired Candidate Profile: - Should be an expert in managing transactional quality. - Six sigma certification shall be preferred. - Should have in depth knowledge of quality tools. - Prior experience in managing training function shall be preferred. - Strong analytical skills. - Good communication skills.
