Roles &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Managing the entire Operations for Vadodara Site - Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery &amp; service quality norms. - Meet Call Center financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditure &amp; analyzing variances - Improvement of operational systems, processes and policies in support of Organization mission. - Monitoring existing processes and analysing their effectiveness and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. - Responsible for smooth functioning of all verticals- HR, Training, Quality, Admin and Operations. - Must be a good Team Manager. Candidate Profile - Must carry 8-15 years of experience in Call centre operations, Manpower management, and Client Relationship Management. - An Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability. - Must have experience in handling multiple processes with big span of control. - A skilled communicator with exceptional presentation skills in leading cross-functional teams and establishing beneficial relationships. - Should be mature enough to handle Clients and presenting business reviews.
