Job Description: - Responsible for smooth functioning of all verticals- Training, Quality and Operations for Gurgaon &amp; Kolkata sites. - Increasing profitability of the sites. - Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery &amp; service quality norms. - Improvement of operational systems, processes and policies in support of Organization mission . - Responsible for handling cross-functional teams and establishing beneficial relationships. - Handling multiple Clients and presenting business reviews. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 8-10 years experience in Call centre operations, Manpower management, and Client Relationship Management. - Must have handled multiple processes, spread across multiple locations. - Must carry experience in domestic BPO industry. - Must have handled non-telecom processes. - Prior experience as Site Head shall be preferred. - An Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability. - Must be a team player
