What we're looking for :
We're looking for a Solutions Analyst who'd be wearing multiple hats. It's a cross-functional, client-facing role where the candidate will have to manage the entire journey of the client, from pre-sales/solutioning to research/benchmarking to customer success.
- This role would put you right in the middle of Product, Sales, Marketing & Engineering teams; becoming a single point of contact. You'll be aiding the business teams in capability demo's and will get considerable face time with the client, understanding their challenges and suggesting ways Knowmax can help solve it. Because our clients are spread across the globe, we often have client calls/demos at odd hours because of the US time zone.
- Effectively, you'll be super-man/woman.
- We're looking for someone who's got an analytical bent of mind, great communication skills, is street-smart, and a problem solver. Engineering graduates from NIT/BITS/IIIT are preferred.
This is NOT a sales role; you will not carry a revenue target.
Location : Remote until the pandemic subsides, Gurgaon post that.
