Marketing Automation Manager

- Knowledge hut is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and process-oriented Marketing Automation Manager.

- The Marketing Automation Manager will administer our marketing automation platform, manage integrations and work to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

- Set-up and manage KnowledgeHut's marketing automation channel

- Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end to end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation.

- Co-ordinate with cross-functional team members on a regular basis to plan activities and campaigns

- In conjunction with email marketing function, oversee associated integrations, manage the marketing database, acquire contacts, maintain contact data health and integrity, nurture and deliver quality leads through best practice scoring and automation

- Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner

- Understand and identify user buckets and understand user journeys basis courses and categories.

- Identifying gaps in user journeys and how to improve user buying cohorts

- Create and maintain dynamic lists, automated lead scoring and routing rules and filed mapping

- Oversee data health and compliance with regional data privacy laws as well as manage data and automation practices to adhere to GDPR

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, A/B testing, list segmentation and other aspects of email campaign execution

- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software

- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements

- Generate break-through analytical insights that drive significant email subscriber growth and response improvement

- Help develop and implement lead management automation, including grading, scoring, lead assignment, and notifications

- Document regular marketing automation processes, programs, and procedures

- Measure, analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights/status and recommendations

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience as a Marketing automation manager

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot and Marketo), certification a plus

- Good understanding of funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, creative wireframes & marketing briefs

- Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- Project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines without much supervision

- Desire for working in a fast-paced environment, comfort with change, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes

- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal

- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices

- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
