Enterprise Marketing:
- Build marketing strategy for the Enterprise team
- Drive customer stickiness campaigns and programs towards sustained accrual business. Create customer evangelists who become spokespeople for KH (UG Knowledge Hut)
- Drive upsell campaigns and ABM activities towards increasing mindshare and wallet share in named accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders on webinars, meetups, round tables, & event marketing activities
- Work with digital marketing team to build out LinkedIn campaigns, Google campaigns, to elicit pull for KH products as well as establish new customer connects
- Work with Email marketing team to design campaigns suitable for the various geographies and elicit interest in talking to Ent sales team
- Brand & awareness creation about Knowledge upGrad
- Product based marketing ideas
- Refine the messaging of the demand gen team so there is increase response uptick
- Drive publicity and cross group asset utilization
- Be a partner to the sales Org and help drive overall team success
- Sales Plan: 80:20 where 20% RBI will be driven by the overall segment meeting its number
Experience : 3-8 Years in Enterprise marketing in product/software companies that are primarily focused on B2B business. Can consider freshers from Tier 1 business schools who have an aptitude to learn, grow, & deliver on the role. Must be energetic and enthusiastic to manage Ent marketing activities for the Segment.
