Knowledge Management Role - Law Firm (2-6 yrs)
Our Client, tier one law firms are looking for a Junior Resource in their Knowledge Management Team with 2-4 years of experience for their Delhi and Noida offices.
Job Description:
- Maintenance & reviewing of KM databases
- Research work
- Hands on experience in corporate litigation and arbitration (important)
- Working knowledge of corporate law (M&A, private equity, securities law).
- Experience with legal knowledge management and KM systems
- Good planning, administration and coordination skills
Requirements:
The candidate should be a law graduate with good research & communication skills .
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent research skills
- Presentation skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Computer skills - MS Word, Power Point and Excel (optional)
