Knowledge Management AC for ABI (Applied Behavioral Insights) Team

Responsibilities :

- Ability to communicate effectively with client and internal project teams, senior stakeholders, understand their KM challenges, develop and maintain tactical and strategic plan of action, and report them on periodic basis (weekly, monthly, as needed)

- Ability to develop reusable templates, process assets and best practices, training documents/manuals and SOPs

- Conducting exhaustive secondary research and identifying experimental studies on various cognitive biases as part of ABI work-

- Maintaining and updating existing document repositories for future reference

- Creating summaries of a) experimental studies identified from secondary research b) various bias studies conducted by ABI team by using client deliverables

- Coaching and mentoring project teammates and junior members

- Work with junior folks to deliver as per business objectives, respecting short- and long-term deadlines

- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members regarding project approach, methodology, best practices etc.

- Conducting QC checks on outgoing deliverables and maintaining high quality standards for the deliverables

- Be responsible for developing and coaching the junior members to help them hone their skills

- Brainstorming in defining the scope, structure and approach on projects and linking the research findings to the broader business problem

- Developing understanding about different cognitive biases present in our proprietary tool and managing and updating the tool with new biases and features to make it more comprehensive and user friendly

- Gradually develop skills to identify cognitive biases present in different real-world business scenarios

- Supporting our internal as well as project teams to develop actionable and result oriented strategies, including industry and/or market analyses

- Supervise content acquisition, integration, and overall knowledge lifecycle management and formulation of governance framework

- Candidate should be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus within ABI space

- Cognitive Bias: A cognitive bias is a repeating or basic misstep in thinking, assessing, recollecting, or other cognitive processes. People create their own "subjective social reality" from their own perceptions.

Qualifications:

- 36+ months of relevant knowledge management/business research experience in consulting companies (preferably with good exposure of working in the behavioral science space)

- Bachelors in the fields of Psychology or Behavioral Economics + Masters/MBA

- Strong Computer and MS Office skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment
