Knowledge Management Manager - Content Management - IT Consulting Firm (11-15 yrs)

We are hiring for one of our ARA's client, a global IT Consulting Organisation for PAN India Location

The Role:

The Knowledge Management Associate Manager is an integral member of the Knowledge Services team, focused on defining and driving effective content management strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver knowledge management strategies, rooted in data and focused on infusing innovative solutions to deliver on business outcomes

- Identify and close content gaps via various channels (content review, harvesting outreach etc.

- Support the delivery of the end to end content management lifecycle

- Develop trusted relationships with peer level stakeholders by understanding business needs and supporting with strategy-aligned knowledge solutions and services

- Develop day to day partnership with peer level key players (OD, M+C, Learning, Business Ops, Client Account teams) to advise on knowledge management activities and define/support integration with knowledge management

- Maintain and support an effective Champion Network to drive knowledge sharing culture

- Provide key data and insights regularly to ensure the direction and outcomes deliver expected value and include the evolution of business need(s)

- Effectively communicate risks and risk mitigation strategies to Lead

- Support the project operations of small sized team including onboarding, enablement, performance and engagement

- Support KM Managers by recommending actions based on analysis of data driven insights

Skills Required:

- Proven ability to work with global teams fostering a positive team environment

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Excellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

- Ability to effectively translate and present relevant metrics

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)

- Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others; understanding people's strengths and work styles

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Global, Cultural awareness

Qualifications & Experience:

- Overall 11+ Years of experience

- 5+ years experience /demonstrated skills working with multiple senior level stakeholders

- 5+ years experience/demonstrated skills with Program and/or Team Management

- 5+ years experience/demonstrated skills with leading or working with teams in multiple geographic locations

- 3+ years experience in consulting and or practice area expertise
