Knowlarity - Sales Head - North (10-18 yrs)
- Someone who lead North Sales for B2B clientele by Enterprise sales and Strategic business alliance.
- Should have exposers in handling cloud telephony products and giving solutions to SME and Enterprise customers.
- Responsible for engaging with organizational leaders/CXO.
- Responsible for upliftment of sales by providing different sales strategies, client acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Responsible for strategically planning, implementing and driving the AOP for north region in the organization.
- Responsible for revenue growth of the region and increase the customer satisfaction index. successfully on board Reliance as strategic business partner.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
