Engineering Director / Associate Director

Responsibilities: 

What you do:

- You will be responsible for the overall software-development lifecycle and managing complex projects with significant business impact. Your responsibilities include:

- Working with the CTO in developing a long-term product plan and managing the release planning cycles for the products

- Instilling the best practices in software development, ensuring designs meet the requirements and delivering high-quality work on schedule

- Managing the projects and prioritization, planning of projects and features, managing stakeholders and tracking of external commitments

- Building a world-class team of development engineers to define, drive and execute our vision

What we need:

- More than 10 years of Software Development experience

- Experience with full software lifecycle methodology, including; coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline

- Strong/In-depth knowledge of algorithms, design principles, product architecture and solving scalability challenges

- Minimum 5 years experience in building and leading strong engineering teams

- Good technical skills such as C, C++, Python, Databases
