- Average Number of Interviews from Submitted applications/ CVs

- Determine current staffing needs Develop hiring plans for the given position

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

- Assist in employee retention and development

- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
