KNOLSKAPE - Talent Transformation Consultant (6-15 yrs)
The Consultant will focus on designing solutions for the KNOLSKAPE leadership and digital programs. They would also play an L&D advisory role to the on the best solution for the organizational needs. The consulting with clients may be around defining business drivers, competency mapping, and pinpointing the learning need based on the organizational challenges. Costing of the design will also be taken up by the Consultant. Post sales execution for certain projects by ensuring the learning design is implemented will also be required.
Major responsibilities include the following:
- Design, develop and deliver business-focused L&OD solutions.
- Consultative selling
- Create blended learning journeys, including assessments, projects, coaching and success metrics.
- Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements
- Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.
- Develop long term business relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal team members for project execution.
Qualification:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, L&OD role
- Alternative degree in HR or Business Administration, with additional experience
- Experience in leadership development design / solution
- Experience in assessment technology solutions (simulations, Psychometric and cognitive assessment centers) will be beneficial
- Experience in consulting clients around leadership development, digital learning, organizational development and/ or Succession Planning
