Role Description:
- The Consultant will focus on designing and delivering KNOLSKAPE leadership and digital solutions for our clients and advise them on the best solution for organizational needs.
- The Consultant supports our business development teams by offering in-depth advice in sales meetings and client proposal. The Consultant has accountability for implementing and measuring the effectiveness of delivered solutions of this position is to meet client business needs and to develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue that represent the full range of our solutions. The consulting with clients may be around defining business drivers, competency mapping, and pinpointing the learning need based on the organizational challenges. The Consultant will be active in delivering both assessment & development solutions and sometimes may include facilitating workshops.
Major responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for the Net promoter Score from the client
- Deliver/implement client projects requiring in depth knowledge of KNOLSKAPE's core technologies (virtual assessment centers, learning and development, organization development, coaching and development).
- Ability to identify and spot opportunities for account mining and help sales team in converting the leads into revenue.
- Close the feedback loop with KNOLSKAPE's product, sales and solution teams.
- Design, develop and deliver business-focused L&OD solutions.
- Assist in controlling cost and managing project profitability.
- Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions. Develop long term business relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal team members for project execution.
- Provide support to sales teams in sales proposals and presentations requiring in-depth expertise. Participate in conference presentation & marketing events.
