Job Summary:

As a Lead Consultant (LC) you will be responsible for delivering our training programs through analysis and consulting. We work with our client partners to help them assess, develop and engage talent via our award winning products and solutions. We also work on organizational and individual development, offering numerous strengths-based solutions that help individuals and teams grow their potential. You will interact with our client partners, from executives and senior leaders to HR and talent management teams, utilizing our solutions and products, business perspectives and expertise to support them.

There are two main functions of this role - Consulting and Analysing

- As a Leadership Consultant, a substantial portion of your time will be spent analyzing the client's need in-depth through stakeholder interviews. You will then present your inferences and solution recommendation via a (DDD) Detailed Design Document that should be reviewed and signed off by the client partner. You will also be responsible for the content quality, overall solution design and the Net Promoter Score(NPS). This is the core responsibility for this role.

Other aspects of this role will be to:

- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.

- Manage project teams and/or a work-stream within a larger project. Typically, projects may last several weeks to months.

- Begin to develop client network, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects to discuss issues and needs and forming productive relationships.

- Actively participate in sales activities for up/cross selling.

- Identify trends, collate and distribute industry research/analysis to contribute to colleagues- understanding of the issues. (Product/Sales/Engineering Teams).

- Evaluate how customers use KNOLSKAPE's products/solutions & identify efficiency and effectiveness gains

- Continue to develop a strong internal network to receive guidance, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc.

- Develop a broader understanding of our standard offerings. Own two key metrics, Product/Solution Adoption and Customer Reference-ability

The ratio between analysis and consulting depends on the portfolio size one grows as a consultant, their talent and career desires.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted adviser to the client partner to help improve their talent development and retention efforts. Have transparent conversations with clients and challenge them to take creative approaches to their talent management solutions.

- Listen, analyze and recognize client needs. You will partner with clients to build solutions to meet their unique situation and improve organizational performance.

- Consultants must have the ability to anticipate, analyze, and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize client outcomes and the client experience.

- Manage clients- custom requirements & deliverables. As a consultant, you will be responsible for change management & designing the appropriate materials to meet the audience and purpose.

- There is a strong collaborative aspect when serving on a client team to develop and implement client solutions. As a member of a client team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our senior leader solutions and help facilitate strong client partnerships at the senior leader level. You can play an instrumental role in identifying metrics or other areas of opportunity to measure learning/training outcomes that allow client partners to see ROI.

- As a consultant we want you to be able to contribute and enhance both the industry and our organization's thought leadership. It will be important for you to stay current on research and industry trends. As you grow in your role opportunities may arise for you to contribute to white papers, blog posts or provide speaking platforms at conferences.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must -

- Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, listening, writing and presentation skills.

- Take initiative and respond quickly to client requests and completely own customer success.

- The Leadership Consulting team is extremely fast paced. You must have the ability to focus, work under pressure and deliver client results under tight deadlines.

- Be able and willing to travel to meet client's needs.

- Proven ability to coach & mentor team members

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 6 - 10 years of experience in developing content for Corporates, Designing Courses, including leading a team.
