The opportunity is for a Senior Leadership and Behavioral Content Development Specialist. The individual must be experienced in the Learning and Development domain and should have played the role of L&D content specialist. Must possess knowledge of basic instructional design frameworks and storyboarding. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with quick turnaround times and changing requirements. Understanding the customer need, designing and developing the right solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of the content will be a key expectation.


- 7-10 years of experience in Leadership and Behavioral Training and Content design.

- Expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis of the same

- Experience should be in learning and development, talent development, instructional design or related disciplines.

- Working knowledge of adult learning and leadership development principles

- Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives

- Research and learning mindset

- Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher), Adobe Pro, and web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint), Articulate etc

- Be able to work is a dynamic environment and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.


- Stakeholder Analysis:

- Participate in and conduct Stakeholder conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and requirement.

- Creation of stakeholder analysis reports and getting sign off from the client.

- Need to develop a deep understanding of the assigned areas and customer needs.

- Design, Development and Maintenance of content:

- Understand the business problem, learner profile, & the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution. Apply effective use of adult learning principles.

- Select and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional content.
