POSITION OVERVIEW :
- We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, result-oriented Relationship Manager with expertise in the HR/ People consulting/Learning & Development industry to help us grow business and strategic relationships with our key corporate clients.
- The Relationship Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned clients and is responsible for exploring opportunities, expanding and nurturing the business relationship. Global experience would be an added advantage.
- The Relationship Manager reports to the Director.
ROLE : - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategize and build relationship leading to business growth.
- Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the annual revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship.
- Effectively collaborate with senior management, marketing, product & sales teammates to align our learning solutions to customer needs.
- Forecast, measure, present, report the results of various learning and consulting projects and its impact.
- Being close to the market and monitoring respective trends & feeding this information back to the senior leadership team
- Entrepreneurial character and attitude are the key personality required for the candidate.
- Able to work independently and even under pressure in a fast and quickly changing start-up atmosphere.
- Deliver a great experience to our customers when working with our organization - you will represent our brand.
ELIGIBILITY :- Previous working experience as a Learning & Development Consultant/professional for corporate Clients.
- Postgraduate/MBA.
- Experience 8-14 years
- Experience in the HR/Consulting/Learning and Development Industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker
- Strong Networking aptitude

- Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in Presentation Tools.
