DESIGNATION: General Manager - Global Partnership
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Global Partner Manager with expertise in the HR/ People consulting/Learning & Development industry contacts to help us grow commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- The Global Partner Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned partners. Assigned to partners based on geography, the Partner Manager is responsible for expanding and nurturing the network.
- Global experience would be an added advantage for supporting KNOLSKAPE in increasing partner network.
- The Global Partner Manager reports to the Director- Global Partnership
ROLE:
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the Annual revenue goals.
- Monitor pipeline progress with each partner and support them grow
- Identify and source partnership opportunities globally.
- Research partners identify key players and generate interest.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize partner onboarding in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- Building up a strong network of global in-licensing / development partners and cultivate them
- Partner strategy development and implementation in the context of KNOLSKAPE's B2B strategy
- Being very close to the market and monitoring respective trends feeding this information back into the senior leadership team
- Entrepreneurial character and attitude is the key personality required for the candidate
- Able to work independently and even under pressure in a fast and quickly changing start-up atmosphere.
- Planning and execution of Partner business plans s in close alignment with the respective internal functions
- Ability to expand the Partner network and ensure across globally.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Previous working experience as a Partnership Manager with global experience
- Working in the Middle East / Asia Pacific Markets would be an added advantage
- Postgraduate/MBA.
- Experience 08-10 years
- Experience in the HR/Consulting/Learning and Development Industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong Networking aptitude
- Great multitasking skills
