Please find the job roles and responsibilities below: - Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process - Onboarding newcomers to the company - Determining suitable salaries and remuneration /oversee payroll operations - Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements - Developing adequate induction and training - Supporting employee opportunities for professional development - Managing succession planning of staff - Assisting with the performance management and review process - Developing, analyzing and updating the company's evaluation program - Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures - Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures - Maintaining employee engagement/employee welfare/grievance handling - Maintaining department records and reports - Should possess excellent written and verbal communication & people management skills Educational Requirements: BBA or equivalent/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Salary Offered: INR 18 to 20 Lakhs - (Maximum) Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM/12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Location: Navi Mumbai
