Customer Service Officer - NBFC with focus on Loan Against Shares

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with expertise in lending and share depository services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to lending and share depository operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Share Depository Services: Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with share depository services including transfer/ sale of securities.

2. Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan and share depository accounts promptly and effectively. Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding account status, transactions, and procedures.

3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to share depository services. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of share depository transactions and customer interactions. Prepare reports as required by regulatory authorities and management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service roles related to share depository services in India.

- In-depth knowledge of share depository operations, dematerialization, and regulatory requirements in India.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.

- Customer-focused attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
