About the Role:- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and deliver on the hiring strategy and its execution. You will source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Klub. Core Responsibilities:- - Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals. - Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes. - Manage hiring / third-party agencies and build a relationship with them. - Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles. - Participate and engage with the team at Klub to understand future hiring requirements and source apt candidates from the cultural perspective. - Work and adapt to Klub's ATS and keep a high bar while hiring. Key Requirements:- - 1 - 3 years of experience working in a fin-tech startup or Consulting firm. - Passionate about people and culture. - Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and are result-oriented - Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written. - Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable. - Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
