- Under minimal direction, she/he is responsible for moderately complex and well-defined business opportunities in institutional sales (B2B).
- Implements all phases of the KLAY's sales process & targets.
- Develops sales plans, identifies and penetrates new accounts.
- Develops relationships at the operational and mid-management levels of KLAY's corporate customers (HR Heads & team).
- She/he will participate in cross-functional work teams to bring value-added business to KLAY.
- Leads contract issues/requirements to support negotiation activities.
Any graduation + MBA - with 8 to 15 years- experience in "B2B service selling" is a MUST.
Candidates who have handled "HR Heads" as their corporate customers will have added advantage.
