Job Description :

- Plans and directs the activities of the company/region in accordance with objectives and policies established by the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Sales Officer.

- Responsible for the region's Business and Operational strategy, Market Competitiveness, Revenue and People Success.

- Responsible for the growth and profitability of the company's RETAIL operations & accountable for service delivery of on-site centres. Establishes functional controls for operating efficiency and monitors targeted regional performance.

- Under strategic direction; he/she Plans, directs, and monitors REVENUE and SERVICE DELIVERY for NCR region for all Business Lines of the company.

- Develops and executes strategies and programs to achieve various internal and external business goals. (Service quality, Parent experience, Staff Productivity, Process Excellence, Asset Optimisation, Corporate relationship etc).

- Regularly participates & interacts with external industry relationships & builds KLAY brand.

- Owns broader objective of people care responsibilities for the region. Forecasts and manages operating budget, sets functional review schedules and establishes procedures for - business continuity & Health and Safety compliance. Sets and provides direction to the team and measures the team's effectiveness.

Education / Work experience :

- MBA with total work experience of 15+ years of which 5 years in leading a business (independent P&L) for a region.

- Preferable from RETAIL (medium format) industry; should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of - dispersed business network along with CARE as a service delivery.
