Role on Offer : Business Development Lead - Head of Produce Marketing
Job Location : Bangalore, with periodic visits to Ranchi as per business requirement
Experience : 8-10 years
Job Description :
- Establishing large base of Organized Buyers network on B2B model (National/ International)
- Setting up of Produce Supply chain (Farm Production to Institutional Buyers),
- Monitoring the channel efficiency and using various growth hacks to improve the produce offtake
- Improving technology adoption and ensuring produce buyers use KissanPro App for commercial transactions with the company and with the Farmers
- Hiring right Talent and forming a core team of business development professionals for each of Buyers segment
Successful Applicant :
- MBA
- 8-10 plus years experience with at least 2 years experience in managing growth and business development function in a startup environment
- Demonstrated progressive experience in all aspects of business management
- Excellent track record with a savvy and mature approach to business development
- Ability to manage / respond to shift in cultural change in technology adoption & forge strong relationships
