Required Candidates Profile:
- Shall Have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in Direct Sales / Distribution / Retail Sales / Channel Management.
- Should have Team Handling and Distribution skills.
- Strategic Thinking in Sales and Business Development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Entire Region-Targets & Achievements
- Ensure problems are solved Team Coordination, Team Motivation, Distributor & Retailer Meeting
Arrangement
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships.
- Managing Sales & Marketing operations; implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Effectively lead the team of Business Associate / Sales Executives and manage the performance of the whole region/State.
- Business generation and development.
