About the role :

Since we are a global organization, a key function of the role is to continuously monitor games and apps industry trends by geography and hunt for revenue opportunities as they arise in this fast-paced sector.

Key deliverables for the role are :

a. Achieve consumer revenue targets through organized and unorganized app stores

- Premium and Freemium games/apps ( Content that consumers pay for on Google Play and App Store)

b. Content distribution and syndication through organized/unorganized app stores, Telcos, ISPs, OEMs, large media conglomerates and content aggregators

c. Brand solutions /Advertising

- Creating an aggressive pipeline of opportunities by establishing industry connects and work on lead generation. Manage & build account relationships.

- End-to-end business deal management- Locating, developing, defining, negotiating, closing and maintaining business deals.

- Using growth hacking techniques to drive organic and inorganic growth through ASO, SEO, Viral Marketing, App Stores marketing, and other such digital platforms.

- Working closely with the product team to boost in-app purchases and in-app advertising revenue models.

- Working on improving user engagement and retention.

Desired Profile :

- A smart post-graduate/graduate with a strong inclination towards sales pitching, persuasion, negotiation and closure.

- Preferred industry backgrounds- Gaming, Digital Advertising, Telecom VAS, Digital content distribution, Media sales, Software sales.

- Strong network in the VAS, games/digital content distribution segment.

- Strong global communications skills required.

- A strong and confident personality, with a spark to do much more in life.

- Willingness to travel.
