Kinara Capital is an award winning social enterprise based in Bangalore addressing the INR 1 Trillion- debt gap between micro finance and commercial capital by providing collateral free loans in the range of Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.20,00,000/- for asset finance and working capital to MSMEs. Kinara has 60 offices in 6 states and current staff strength of 500+ people.

Purpose of Job : Budgeting, Fund Management and Reporting.

Report to : Deputy CFO

Place of work : Bangalore-HO

Job Components/Responsibilities :

- Raising of target debt funds as per Business plan and within the interest rate spread.


- Preparation of debt proposals and CAM for prospective domestic and foreign lenders.


- Closure of post documentation for the debt proposals.


- Handling due diligence for prospective investors/lenders.


- ALM and Fund Management.


- Reporting requirements to all stake holders in a timely manner.


- Budgeting and forecasting for the Business Plan of the Company.


- Mapping of the budgets vs actuals on an on-going basis.


- Treasury management of funds.


- Single point of contact for all third parties w.r.t business proposals and assessment.


- RBI Compliance s and necessary filings.


- Responsible for all Finance related functions of the Company.


Qualifications :


- Post Graduate (Commerce back ground).


- 8-14 years- experience


- Aged below 40 yrs
