Supply Chain Finance Analyst - APAC

Position Summary :

This position will support the KC Professional APAC Supply chain team and will be responsible for preparing and assisting in Monthly reporting, Cost of sales analysis and various Cost transformation projects. This role will report to the KC Professional APAC Supply Chain Finance leader.

Accountabilities:

Monthly Reporting and forecasting:

- Track Actual cost savings results versus plan by driver

- Validate the cost Savings in project management tools

- Prepare savings tracker by program

Key commodity trends/Transfer price/landed cost:

- Prepare monthly report on key commodity movements and the impact on business results vs last year/latest forecast.

- Landed cost working of SKUs and prepare a single source file /dashboard with breakdown by components including ocean freight, inland freight, duty customs clearance charges

- Provide insight into the impacts by country due to changes in prices

Analysis of Mill Overhead/spends:

- Mill Overhead and spending analysis vs budget

- Track the SKU level usage variance to highlight gap for

Distribution cost:

- Prepare distribution cost analysis with visibility on allocations, fixed and variable component

- Analyze warehouse cost by country, wages/salaries/overheads/handling etc.

- Analyze logistics cost - Mill to DC and DC to customer network optimization

- Validate various cost savings initiative

- Collaborate, understand & summarize reasons for movements in distribution/logistics cost

Qualifications & Competencies:

- CA Inter/Final and/or Cost Accountant, B.com

- Minimum 4 - 6 years' experience.

- Exposure to supply chain finance experience/mill experience is added advantage.

- Strong analytical bend of mind and proven skill to drive results through analytics.

- Strong communication Skills

- Knowledge of SAP,

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point is a must.
