- Managing and revamping Furlenco Loyalty programme
- Add multiple options to earn & redeem points and Gamification
- Developing & Executing Data-driven Loyalty Customer Engagement
- Work on Redemptions to provide in-depth and regular analysis of the Rewards program and utilise such analysis to identify opportunities
- Implementation of customer banding across the company
- Ensuring differential service and benefits for higher tier/ loyal customers.
- Managing relationship with existing and terminated customers
- Working with marketing team on customer engagements through analytics driven customer segmentation
- Working on winback for terminated customers
- Partners with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to drive connectivity between customer experience, loyalty initiatives and retention
