About Kheyti :

Kheyti helps smallholder farmers in India gain a steady, dependable income through its - Greenhouse-in-a-Box-, a simple, low-cost, modular greenhouse kit bundled with financing, inputs, training, advisory (extension) and market linkage services. They serve 100 farmers today, scaling up a 500 and plan to serve at least 10,000 farmers by 2020.

About Role :

Kheyti is currently seeking a full time MIS & Analytics Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad. A LOT of data, crude and sophisticated, is generated at each step of Kheyti's operations and being a small organization, the strategic value in this data is yet to be unlocked.

The chosen candidate will lead in transforming the way strategic decisions are taken at Kheyti into being rigorously data driven. The Executive will be in charge of making data flow seamless, data analysis and recommending evidence based strategic and operational decisions. As this is a new function, the executive will have the liberty and responsibility to build, grow and lead a full-fledged information systems team in 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management :

- Build and manage systems for data origin and flow; train team members and stakeholders on systems.

- Conduct data analysis to measure key metrics and garner trends and insights

- Design/redesign and manage MIS.

- Facilitate the planning and implementation of new tech-based ERP and data analytics systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Recommend operation and strategy improvements to functional heads

- Periodic reporting to senior management.

- Build a culture of data-backed decision making across the organization.

- Assist internal & third-party impact monitoring and evaluation efforts.

Does this sound like you?

Must haves :

- 4-5 years in business analytics, data intelligence and MIS.

- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to process numbers and data with a high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to make insightful management reports.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with ERP systems like ZOHO; with database and statistical analysis systems; with Google Suite.
