Job Description :  - Work in a small team environment on creation of pitch books, investment memorandums, financial projections, business models and presentations specifically for Information Technology clients   - Supporting execution of M&A and Equity Fundraising assignments   - Support the senior team by assisting in liaising with clients for information requests and coordinating financial due diligence   - Should be able to own and manage the entire process of deal related collateral creation including being able to reference industry research and comparative modelling   - Experience in Information Technology or, having been an Entrepreneur would be an added bonus as well   Things You Should Know :  - We are a small team with a specialisation in Technology and New Age businesses   - Primarily looking at people that can produce fast-turnaround and are able to manage a "steep learning curve"   - Need to be based out of Bangalore (Don't apply if you are not already based here)  Qualifications/ Attributes :  - MBAs from top tier B school (with good CGPA score)   - Prior work experience must include working with investment banking, management consulting and/or large firms with active deal origination businesses   We will shortlist candidates and inform over email between 12th May and 20th of May  You can know more about us by visiting www.khetal.com
