Role: Front-end Investment Banking (Technology and IT Services)
Location: Bangalore / Hybrid
Academic qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA (from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute)
Experience: Prior experience of 1-5 years in Investment Banking / Due Diligence
Responsibilities:
1. Being a part of the client-facing deal team and responsible for the origination/execution of transactions along with the deal team
2. Preparation of information memorandum, financial models, teasers, competitive analysis, valuation models, and assisting in due diligence and deal documentation process.
