Khetal Advisors - Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking (1-4 yrs)
Khetal Advisors is a premier Investment Banking firm providing strategic M&A /fundraising advisory to clients in digital/ tech/ healthcare and consumer companies.
Job Description:
- Preparation of financial models and business plans, information memorandums, investor presentations, pitch book, teasers and other marketing collaterals
- Detailed financial and business analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis
- Assist in preparing and reviewing content/data used in client solutions and assist in research and analysis of industry trends
- Build client relations and assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
- Support the senior team in communication with prospective buyers and sellers
- Assist the senior team in liaising with clients for information requests
- The key focus will be on deals in the Technology & Digital sector (includes Tech startups, IT services, BPM, Software, Fintech, Healthtech etc.)
Qualifications / Attributes:
- MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or CA with a good academic background
- Prior work experience with investment banking, management consulting and/or large firms with active deal origination businesses will be a plus
- Experience on live mandates and deal closure will be preferred
- Any experience in business development function would be added advantage
