Job Description :
- Work in a small team environment to support execution of M&A and Equity fundraising assignments
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Work on creating pitch decks/CIM
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Ability to build client relations
- Support the senior team in communication with prospective buyers and sellers
- Assist the senior team in liaising with clients for information requests
- Support in financial due diligence
Things You Should Know:
- We are a small team with a specialisation in technology and new-age businesses
- Primarily looking for candidates who can quickly turn around and are able to manage a "steep learning curve"
Qualifications / Attributes:
- MBA from a top tier B school (with a good CGPA score) takes you to the front of the line
- Prior work experience that includes working with investment banking, management consulting and/or large firms with active deal origination businesses is a bonus
- Any experience in business development function would be added advantage
