Job Description :

- Work in a small team environment to support the execution of M&A and fundraising assignments

- Preparation of required collaterals for M&A and fundraising mandates: CIM, Teaser, Financial Model, Market comparables, market sizing, etc.

- Support the senior team members in liaising with prospective buyers and sellers

- Leading Due Diligence and deal documentation closure process

- Helping deal-makers with the origination of new mandates

Qualifications / Attributes :

- MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or CA with a good academic background. Ex-founders with fundraising or M&A experience will be a huge plus

- Must have 2 to 4 years of front-end Investment bank work experience

- Experience with live mandates and deal closure is a must

- Strong analytical skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Strong presentation, pitch deck/IM making skills are non-negotiable

- Strong financial modelling skills are non-negotiable

- Any experience in business development function would be an added advantage

- Excellent in communication and proficient in English; Ability to interact with C-Level Executives

Salary Range : Fixed CTC of INR 12 to 18 lakhs + Variable
