Your responsibilities : - Build our proprietary systems using data science techniques like route selection, pricing recommendation, subscription pricing, engagement etc - Identify, develop and drive key analytics and report projects relevant to the business - Define, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends with stakeholders - Drive data-driven decision making through the stakeholders - Identify complex fuzzy problems and break it down into smaller parts to implement creative, data-driven solutions - Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights - Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining - Work with product team in order to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements - Identify opportunities to improve conversion & user experience through data - Influence product and feature roadmaps, analyse A/B or multivariate tests and drive fundamental improvements to the user experience Apply if : - You have an engineering degree from a premium college - You have 3+ years of relevant work experience with strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analytical skills - You have strong organisational, communication, presentation and project management skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and python - You have strong knowledge pf Google analytics - You have a strong background in statistical modeling and experience with statistical tools such as R, SAS or SPSS - You have a solid understanding of statistical techniques (such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.), machine learning algorithms and data mining - You are experienced in analyzing website experience, user paths, & AB test analysis, having hands-on with google analytics - You have experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets - You are able to understand business problems & convert them into data models - You are proficient in multitasking and working on a diverse range of requirements with acute attention to detail - You have the affinity for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights
