What would you do at Khatabook

- Lead statutory and internal audits

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IGAAP

- Review periodic and annual Financial Statements

- Monitor Financial ratios, benchmark with industry and improvise them

- Set up IFC framework and review process

- Perform risk management and set up process for operational controls review

- Review request for PO/agreements, analyse the cost impacts, ensure adherence to budgets and procurement policy

- Implement process & controls for procurement of goods / services

- Lead discussions with internal stakeholders for setting up process for new products/initiatives

- Lead automation projects (Phase II of ERP, Partner Incentive etc)

- Lead analysis and implementation of new accounting/compliance regulations

- Lead discussions with consultants on various consultation matters

- Perform internal reviews (i.e. self checks) for various areas within Finance and guide the team towards strengthening the processes

What are we looking for

- CA with 5-6 years of experience in Statutory audit (preferably from Big 5 firms)

- Internal audit experience during articleship would be preferred

- Strong practical knowledge of Ind AS & IGAAP

- Strong practical knowledge IFC

- Ability to identify gaps in processes followed and suggest preventive controls

- Experience of leading assignments

- Good communication skills
