Responsibilities :

- Build and execute end to end hiring strategy with a strong focus on Quality of hire for Volume Non-Tech hiring

- Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen sourcing pipeline.

- Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialised sites etc.)

- Create standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that drive insights.

- Evaluate & implement recruitment tech solutions available in the market like ATS, Offer Management systems etc.

- Can effectively lead & close Non - IT positions.

- Implement highly effective, results-driven talent research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to meet the current and future talent needs.

- Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and onsite interviews.

- Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting team and candidates Contribute to various recruiting special projects

- Build and execute end to end hiring strategy with a strong focus on Quality of hire for Volume Non-Tech hiring

- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies

- Build and manage external partnerships with agencies, universities, colleges, and talent acquisition partners.

- Co-ordinate with third party vendors for hiring field sales executives.

Role :

- You will be responsible for handling the hiring of Field Sales Executives, Team Leaders, City heads, Reginal Business Manager, Project Managers, etc.
