We are scouting for smart, obnoxiously talented, self- driven individuals excited about being part of one of India's fastest-growing startups As an influencer manager with the company, you will be responsible for writing briefs and conceptualising influencer marketing content for the brand You Job : - Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, posts and content consistency on all platforms. - Ensure timely content delivery to each and every channel - Constantly explore new social media channels to maximise reach - Facilitate brand awareness on various social media platforms. - Work with brand to create and implement monthly social media strategies - Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology - Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience - Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube etc. - Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others - Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar. - Create content buckets as per the brand personality. - Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends and provide insights - Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with user Qualities we value: Well-versed in Hindi (Knowledge of other vernacular languages would be a plus!) - Active on social media platform - Up to date with social media trends - Exceptional multitasking skills - Strong problem solving skills - Creative and well organized - Detail oriented - Good communication skills
